Vendor Registration

The 38th FOBANA Convention will be held from August 30, 31 & September 1, 2024, at Crystal Gateway Marriott, Arlington, Virginia. This grand forum will attract over 5000 participants from North America and Bangladesh.

All interested businesses and vendors are welcome to participate in this colorful event.

THE BOOTH WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

TERMS AND CONDITION
1. Rental fees:
a) Prime Location 10’ X 10’ space is $ 1500.00 3 days.
b) Standard Location 10’ X 10’ space is $ 1200.00 for 3 days.
c) Standard Location 10’ X 8’ space is $ 1000.00 for 3 days.

2. The vendor will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the allocated area and the waste Materials. 

3. Exhibitors/Vendors will pay half of the rent along with a completed application signed by April 30, 2024, as a non-refundable deposit and the other half is due by June 30, 2024. If final payment is not received by the due date, the deposit will be forfeited, and the space will be rented to other interested exhibitors/vendors.
